How does payment work?
We offer same-day payment on all transactions. Individuals can receive a check at the window. Commercial accounts and high-volume dealers can receive same-day ACH payment directly to a bank account. No net-30 delays.
Do you offer pickup service or roll-off containers?

What do I need to bring to sell scrap?
Arizona law requires a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) on every scrap transaction. Bring your ID and your metal — we handle the rest.
How are your copper prices set?
Our copper pricing is COMEX-tied, meaning it tracks the Commodity Exchange spot price in real time. When COMEX copper rises, your payout rises the same day. Prices are adjusted by grade — bare bright pays the highest percentage of COMEX, followed by #1, #2, and insulated wire grades.

Do I need to sort my scrap before bringing it in?
You don't have to, but it increases your payout. When metals are mixed, the entire load gets priced at the lowest-value material in the mix. Even basic sorting — copper separate from aluminum, ferrous separate from non-ferrous — can increase your check by 20–40%. We grade everything in front of you on certified scales.
Is there a minimum amount I can bring?
No minimum. A bucket of copper fittings is as welcome as a truckload of structural steel. We weigh and pay on every transaction at the same per-pound/per-ton rate regardless of volume.
